If you could please fill out the BYOD and Take Care form(blue paper) that was given out and return it in their front pocket for Monday, then we are all set. Even if you are not allowing them to use a device at the moment, you can still sign it incase that changes. Or leave blank, but please fill out the "hands" on back so I may have a better understanding of your child's home experiences.
